At 29, Jenny Nguyen is a rising star in the beauty industry, earning as much as $500 for her unique nail art creations. She runs JennPaintt Nail Lounge in Los Angeles, where she offers a range of services to a diverse clientele, including celebrities, from manicures to eyelash extensions.
Nguyen’s expertise lies in nail art. She adeptly uses a mix of gel paint, polish, gemstones, and stickers to craft designs that are both beautiful and lasting, such as delicate clouds or lively spring flowers. Her work has attracted celebrities like Paris Hilton and Hailey Bieber and has been featured in advertising for leading brands like Apple, Converse, and Chanel.
In 2022, Nguyen’s business earned over $600,000. With an expanding client base, she expects to see even greater earnings in 2023.
Initially a student at Hofstra University, Nguyen had to leave to financially support her family.
